PLASTER SKY CEILING NEVADA

This type of ceiling is recommended by all professionals in the sector (architects, designers, interior designers...) due to its practicality and functionality as well as its high durability.

The raw material used, plaster, semi-hydrated calcium sulfate (S04 Ca 1/2 H2O), of a purity greater than 95%, make our ceilings an ecological and natural product, also this characteristic makes it totally innocuous, without risk to health. in all phases of its handling (manufacturing, assembly and final use on the roof)

GENERAL TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS   

Our ceilings provide constructive benefits that are difficult to match due to their imprint of an ECOLOGICAL product, fire resistant, fire stable, humidity regulator due to being HYDROSCOPIC, due to its composition it provides environmental comfort by having good thermal behavior and a high value against the reflection of light, improves the acoustic environment, thanks to its versatility, a finish and conditioning of the space is achieved, improving aesthetics.

The materials used for its manufacture allow its duration to be one of its most important characteristics.    

The use of fiberglass, together with plaster and expanded perlite, gives the ceilings a high MECHANICAL RESISTANCE to flexural traction that is superior to other materials.   

PROFILE SYSTEM

Removable ceilings are installed with USG Donn-type grid systems. It allows to install the removable ceiling with Visible edge and Semi Visto edge of 24mm.

The 24mm profiles are anti-fire, which allows their installation and use in extreme conditions and risk, due to their special characteristics of expansion, thickness and profile height reinforced to increase their rigidity and resistance to fire.  

In addition, there is a whole range of profiles adaptable to any type of edge (15 mm, hidden...)

MAINTENANCE AND PAINTING

The ceilings we manufacture do not require maintenance and their cleaning does not require abrasive or chemical products. 

Also, they do not need painting, but can be painted. We recommend using water-based paints.
