LAMINATED TECHNICAL DOOR | FIRE RESISTANCE

Legislation requires in most countries that the minimum fire resistance of a wooden door entering a room is 30 minutes. To meet these technical requirements, we test the leaf, frame, hinges and intumescent bands, which seal the cabin to comply with the standard.

Fire Resistance 30 Minutes (EI30)

The EI30, with 30 minutes of fire resistance, incorporates as a whole the possibility of supplying with hidden door closers and a 28mm MDFH frame.

Fire Resistance 45 Minutes (EI45)

Used in public buildings, where more intensive uses are expected, the EI45, with 45 minutes of fire resistance, incorporates as a whole the possibility of supplying with hidden door closers and a 38mm MDFI frame.

Maximum measurement: 2640x960x45mm,

Fire Resistance 60 Minutes (EI60)

Public buildings have spaces that divide sectors, different rooms between rooms, between corridors, between living rooms, industrial kitchens, etc., which according to fire legislation must be protected with fire-resistant wooden doors for more than 60 minutes. In our tests we also tested stained glass windows for flames.
