CALCIUM SULFATE CORE RAISED FLOOR

Characteristic:

  • Pavement composed of tiles supported on galvanized steel pedestals.
  • Height-adjustable pedestals, to respond to the needs of the floor.
  • It facilitates the passage of installations under the pavement and avoids masonry works.
  • Wide range of possibilities at our disposal, both in top finish and in the core of the tiles that will be different according to the requirements of the client and the use to which they are intended.

The entire surface of the pavement is registrable so that we can access the facilities by lifting a tile. We can change the location or add new jobs easily.

CALCIUM SULFATE CORE TECHNICAL DETAILS:
  • Calcium sulfate is made up of recycled paper cellulose mixed with gypsum.
  • The reaction to fire is class A1 and fire resistance values of up to EI 60 can be achieved in 38 mm thickness.
  • Its density is up to 1600 kg/m3, so it is also a good thermal and acoustic insulator.
  • The adjustable support structure in galvanized steel is made up of feet and crossbars.
  • The bases are fixed to the floor using synthetic resin glue.
  • The crossbars are fixed by pressure to the structure, forming a 600x600 grid on which the raised floor plates rest.
  • Raised access flooring is especially suitable for data processing centers where the number of installations is considerable.
  • The metal grids allow the cables to be routed in an orderly manner.
