The Microflex 6061 armchair is the most compact solution in the Figueras Flex Collection. The seat occupies only 24 cm when folded, which allows you to make the most of the space, offering a high level of comfort and a minimalist aesthetic.
This folding chair, arranged on a bar, has a folding system that consists of the seat rotating and the backrest moving forward, until both are adapted, one against the other. The width of the folded seat and backrest assembly is 24 cm. The seat has a completely compact appearance when folded, leaving the seat and backrest parts completely aligned on all edges.
The seat and backrest are synchronized to tilt in a single movement: when the seat is unoccupied, both elements return to their initial position. The seat includes the CSRT (Controlled Soft Rise Technology) system, which guarantees silent, smooth and shock-free folding.
The seat and backrest consist of a cold-molded polyurethane foam that completely covers an internal metal structure. This structure is made up of a curved tubular frame and a frame of flat springs. The seat and backrest are covered by zippered covers, easily removable and interchangeable.
The two parts are supported and articulated by metal side supports with an upholstered finish, which act as armrests. The sides are attached to a square steel tube structure, under which the foot is attached, made of steel tube and finished with a plate that is fixed to the floor.
